Liberty Management Group, a small local property management company, is seeking a dependable Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are looking for someone who is reliable, positive, friendly, a team player, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
Apartment turnover work
Basic electrical & plumbing repairs
Drywall repair & painting
Grounds clean-up & general property care
Household appliance maintenance/repairs
Follow company policies & safety standards
Work as part of a team
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 75 lbs
Able to read and follow instructions & manuals
Full-time availability (Mon–Fri)
Background check required
Benefits:
$25/hr DOE
